3. Product Specifications & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, sizes, willow grades, and pricing. Equipment manufactured from natural materials (such as English Willow bats or leather balls) may feature slight natural wood grain or minor weight variations (+/- 20 grams). All listed prices are inclusive of applicable GST taxes and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery Terms

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Local deliveries typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days, while pan-India shipments take 3 to 5 business days. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon successful physical delivery by our logistics partners.

5. Returns, Exchange & Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Hassle-Free Replacement Policy for unused gear returned in original packaging with brand tags and invoices intact. Customized items (such as pre-knocked bats or personalized jerseys) are non-refundable unless manufacturing defects exist. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

All content published on this website—including images, logos, graphics, text descriptions, and software—is the exclusive property of Dangal Sports or its brand partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Palghar / Thane District, Maharashtra.
